This Privacy & Cookies Policy explains how Miravio OÜ ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use Visbloom, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Miravio OÜ is the data controller for personal data processed through Visbloom. You can reach us about privacy at info@visbloom.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — first name, last name, email address, phone number (if provided), and a securely hashed password.
- Transaction data — top-ups, credit balance, purchases, and download history.
- Technical data — IP address, browser/device information, and security & access logs.
- Preferences — currency and display settings you choose.
- Communications — messages you send us (support, complaints).
We do not collect or store your full payment-card or bank credentials — these are handled by our payment providers.
3. How & why we use your data
- To provide the Service — creating your account, processing purchases and downloads (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- To meet legal obligations — accounting, tax and record-keeping (legal basis: legal obligation).
- To secure and improve the Service — fraud prevention, debugging, analytics on our own logs (legal basis: legitimate interests).
- To communicate with you — service messages, and marketing only where you have opted in (legal basis: consent for marketing).
4. Payments
Payments and top-ups are processed by third-party payment service providers. When you pay, you share your payment details directly with the relevant provider under its own terms and privacy notice; we receive only confirmation and limited transaction metadata needed to credit your account and keep records.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with processors and partners who help us run the Service, under appropriate contracts:
- cloud hosting and infrastructure (including Cloudflare, which serves the site and stores content);
- payment service providers;
- email/communication providers;
- professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by law — in particular, accounting records are retained for 7 years under Estonian law. Security logs are kept for a shorter period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any right, email info@visbloom.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) — or with the authority in your EU country of residence.
9. Cookies & local storage
Visbloom uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage:
- Essential — to keep you signed in and secure your session. These are required for the site to work.
- Preferences — to remember your currency, theme and similar choices.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because we rely only on essential and preference storage, the site remains fully functional whether or not you dismiss the cookie notice. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings.
10. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the authorities of breaches where legally required.
11. Children
Visbloom is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Effective" date shows the current version. Material changes will be notified by email or on-site notice.
